Did You Mean “B” or “V”?

Sound familiar? I can almost guarantee that we’ve all seen something like this at one point in our career.  Acronyms and letter codes in general can be both a blessing and a curse…especially when the letters sound similar when spoken.  Like “B” and “V”, “S” and “F” and so on.
